Almost half of the products we make are driven by the wishes of our dedicated community. Every year, hundreds of submissions pour in through our annual feedback forms, providing valuable insights into what our SHOSU friends desire. When we see that there is a lot of demand for a certain product, print or material, we will investigate how we can implement this in our product range.
A creative journey with inflatable lovers:
Collaboration lies at the heart of SHOSU Amsterdam's design process. We work closely with a small group of inflatable enthusiasts, each with a diverse range of interests and ideas. When we have a concept or sample ready, we pitch the product to the group and the inflatables are carefully modified based on their valuable insights, ensuring that each product resonates with the hearts of our customers.

The transformation from art to a sample:
Once the 3D model is perfected, a sample inflatable is created. This is a crucial step that allows us to meticulously test the product for durability, softness, and size/weight limits. Quality is of utmost importance, and each sample undergoes rigorous testing to ensure that it meets the highest standards. The team takes great care in ensuring that their inflatables are not only visually appealing but also functional and long-lasting.
At SHOSU Amsterdam, the focus is not on mass production but on making an entirely new product or making an existing product even better. As a result, we keep our productions small, producing limited quantities of each item. This approach allows us to maintain an exceptional level of quality control and to offer our customers a product that feels special and one-of-a-kind.
