Actually, two hearts connected by a medium-sized roll, so the bone serves well as a body pillow, even when inflated to the normal level. I don't like the valve too much, takes too much pressure to get any air in, and almost impossible to raise when pushed in. Initially, the film is soft, but with extended use, it starts to get hard, so you may like to use all 4 sides that may face to your skin and buy a replacement now and then. Too narrow to give it a hug. Not as easy to prevent any warmth from escaping as with a classical dakimakura shape.
