    Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: We accept the following payment methods: Credit card, IDeal, ShopPay, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and Bank Transfer

    Q: Do you offer international shipping?
    A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Your shipping price is based on your location and weight of the order. This will be calculated automatically at the checkout.Ā 

    Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    A:Ā Orders within the Netherlands have an average shipping time of 1-2 days.

    Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Orders to Belgium and Germany have an average shipping time of 3-4 days.

    Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Orders to the rest of Europe have an average shipping time of 5-7 days.

    Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Orders outside Europe have an average shipping time of 2-3 weeks.

    Ā Q: How can I track my order?
    A: After you have placed your order, we will process the order. A shipping label will be created manually within 3 days and a track & trace link will follow via email.

    Q: What is your return policy?
    A: At SHOSU Amsterdam you have the right to return an item within 14 days after delivery, without giving reasons (right of withdrawal).

    Ā When returning your order, make sure that your return shipment meets the following requirements:

    Due to hygiene, our items cannot be returned if the seal is broken. The costs for a return shipment are for your own account.

    If a credit has arisen in our administration due to the return processing and you have paid for the order in advance, we will refund this as soon as possible.
